IMPORTANT: Make sure your smartphone with the two-factor authentication automatically sets date & time, or the 2FA will not work!

How to set date & time on Android
If you need to reset your Google Authenticator, send us an e-mail at Support@bitcoinblink.com with the following:
Email Subject: "YOUR NAME-UNBIND MY GOOGLE AUTHENTICATOR"

I wish to disable my Google Authenticator from my BitcoinBlink Account because (give a reason) ____________ .

Please approve and verify my application.
Also, send us a selfie with you (we need to see your face) holding your document (Passport, government ID, Driver license), with a piece of paper where is written:

Tip: to avoid this disagreement, we recommend the following:
1°) Save your Google Authenticator Private key or QR code on a piece of paper (print them), and store the printed paper safely.
2°) Save your Google Authenticator Private key or QR code on a file (PDF, Word, etc...), and encrypt the data that you created using a robust software.
