The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is really easy thanks to Mati.
Here are the steps that you need to follow to complete it:
Step 1°) Get the following:
- A Camera to take a Selfie
- Valid ID (Passport, National ID or Driving License)
- Proof of residency (utility bill, bank statement, phone bill, etc.)
Step 2°) Head to the KYC page located under your profile picture in the top right of the page:
Step 3°) Click on the big button "Verify Me" to start the verification next to the "MATI" logo:
Step 4°) A window will appear as follow and click the Button "START":
5°) The language selection window will appear, select your language then click "Start":
6°) You will be shown instruction to take a Selfie, make sure that you head is in the center with a clear background:
7°) Then you will be asked to choose your country and the document that you will use for the process:
8°) Make sure to take a photo following these instruction, or, you can upload it from your gallery:
9°) Once it is done, you will be asked to select the country for your proof of residency:
10°) Make sure that we can see your first name, last name and your PHYSICAL ADDRESS (no PO-BOX), you can also upload it from your gallery:
11°) DONE!
Note: we will review the documents and approve your KYC for your BitcoinBlink Account, be patient, it usually takes up to 48H00 (excluding holidays).
