You can secure your BitcoinBlink account using a Two Factor Authentication (2FA) such as Google Authenticator (Android & IOS): Install it on your smartphone before setting it up on your account.
By securing your account with a 2FA, you will ensure that nobody but you can get to your account & funds.
1- Login to your BitcoinBlink account or Register a new account.
2- Go to your Profile page (located on the top right under your picture).
3- At the bottom of your Profile page, find the "2-step verification" section.
Click on "Enable 2FA."
Note: download Google Authenticator by clicking on the "Get it on Google Play" button (if you use Android) or the "Download on the App Store" button (if you use IOS), before starting to set it up.
4- You will be redirected to a page where you will find a QR code that you will have to scan, a QR code number that you WILL HAVE to write down (save & store safely) and to enter a One Time Password (OTP).
Scan the QR CODE (or enter the given code manually), and enter the six digits code provided on your Google Authenticator App in the "Enter your otp" section.
Once you have entered the OTP, click "SUBMIT" before the time expires.
Voilà, you are done! Your account is secured.
Now, you can test it out.
Once you have entered your email & password as usual on the login page, you will be redirected to another page where you will be asked to enter the One Time Password (OTP).
Enter the six-digit code that appears on your Google Authenticator app and click "Validate" to access your account & your funds.
This is a safe & proven method to secure account online.
IMPORTANT: Make sure your smartphone, with the two-factor authentication, automatically sets date & time, or the 2FA will not work!
Usually, this is the most common problem!
